When a customer referred by you places a valid order on Ocean Curve using your code, you will earn a 2% commission on their total purchase, excluding returns, sales tax and shipping costs. Your account may reference “Commission paid” and “Estimated unpaid commission.” “Commission paid” refers to the amount of commission that has been paid to you.

1. “Estimated unpaid commission” refers to the estimated amount of commission you have earned that has not been paid to you. Commissions are calculated on the first day of every month, so the commission payment you receive may be different from the amount you see on your account.

Please note that your commission will only become available to you 30 days after the orders have been placed by your valid referred Ocean Curve customers. All commissions are subject to a 30- day holding period before they become available for withdrawal. In other words, when someone places a valid order with your code, you will earn 2% of their total order amount (excluding returns, sales tax and shipping) as commission after 30 days.

2. The minimum amount required to be in your account for commission withdrawal is $20 in available commission.

3. Ocean Curve users who have not placed an order for 90 days will be automatically unlinked from your account. When that happens, you will no longer earn commissions from their orders. Accordingly, your number of “Total Users” will drop if your users have not placed an order in 90 days.

1. You must include "#ad" whenever you promote Ocean Curve or otherwise disclose that you are promoting Ocean Curve in exchange for a commission. This is to comply with Federal Trade Commission regulations.

2. You are only allowed to promote as an Ambassador. You cannot promote as a third-party and hide your Ambassador identity to gain new users.

3. You must disclose that the code being promoted is your code.

4. Make sure your users know that your reference code is NOT a coupon code. It cannot be applied at checkout and can only be manually added to their profile page.

5. You must not promote your code on any section of Ocean Curve's website or social media, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

6. You must not add your code to coupon sites.

7. You must not advertise your own code under other Ambassadors’ posts/content on their social media, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

1. Treat other Ambassadors with respect and kindness.

2. We encourage ambassadors to get to know each other and support one another. We are not responsible for the behavior or posts of any ambassador.

This program is being administered by Ocean Curve LLC. We reserve the right to modify our program rules and benefits without any prior notice. By applying and being accepted as an Ocean Curve Ambassador, you agree that you will adhere to the above Terms & Conditions. At any point in time, if you do not follow the guidelines, we reserve the right to terminate your ambassador status. You will become ineligible to receive any commissions, rewards or benefits associated with the program.
